With Colissimo Expert, you will be delivered in 7 days in all serenity everywhere in metropolitan France/Europe, against signature. If absent, a notice of pending is left in the recipient’s mailbox.

La Poste

Deliveries are made within 7 days from Monday to Friday, except holidays. You can choose the post office where you want to be delivered (without prior passage of your home letter carrier). You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a withdrawal voucher allowing you to come and collect it in the office within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to Amokiss.

Amokiss reserves the right to choose the carrier for the same service if it is less expensive than the chosen one.

Precautions to be taken when delivering

​

When receiving your order, it is important to make sure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This verification must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the deliverer. If your package and/or product(s) have been damaged, note the defects and damage on the carrier’s delivery slip. You can also refuse the package. This transport note will be an important piece of evidence so that Amokiss or the carrier can compensate you (refund, exchange).
